Your orders and subscriptions are accessible from your OneTapConnect account.
To access, review and manage your subscriptions:
- Login into your OneTapConnect account here.
- From the main menu, click on “Subscription”.

You’ll be able to see all your subscriptions, how many cards are within a subscription, the renewal date(s) and enable/disable the automatic renewal as needed.
To make any changes to the number of cards associated with a subscription, please contact us.
